Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

• Information you give us. When you fill out a contact, registration, waiver, or interest form, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, message, and—for studio and camp registrations—information about your child (such as first name, birth year, and the classes or weeks selected).
• Payment information. Payments for classes, camp, and tickets are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full card numbers on our servers; Stripe handles card data under its own privacy policy.
• Usage and device data. Like most websites, we automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring source through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries and provide the programs, classes, and tickets you request.
• To process registrations, payments, and signed waivers.
• To send you updates about our shows, studio classes, and camp—you can opt out of marketing email at any time.
• To understand how our website is used and to improve it.
• To measure and improve our advertising on platforms such as Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Analytics & Advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, and the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags to measure the performance of our ads and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. These tools may set cookies and share limited information (such as a hashed identifier and the actions you took on our site) with Google and Meta. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings and your Meta ad preferences.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate—our payment processor (Stripe), our customer-relationship and email tools (HubSpot and our self-hosted email system), and analytics and advertising platforms as described above—each of which is permitted to use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our community.

Children's Privacy

Our Kids Studio serves children, but our website and registration forms are intended for use by parents and guardians, not by children directly. We collect information about a child (such as name and birth year) only when a parent or guardian provides it to register for a class or camp. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention & Security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our programs, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Choices & Rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
